🌼Prices and time of completion/delivery may vary depending on the complexity of the commission, in the case of this happening the price will be adjusted and the client will be informed before proceeding

Terms & Conditions

Please read all the terms and conditions below before commissioning.

  • Any art commissioned for commercial use (streams, merch, products, etc...) will have an additional cost of 100% on top of the base price and the artists credits are required

  • Requested commissions can be refused or refunded at the artists discretion

  • Payment for the any commission must be done upfront

  • Commissions will not be worked on unless payment has been received

  • Clients are required to credit the artist

  • If the artist has started working on the clients commission refunds will not be offered

  • Should a refund be requested and the artist has not started working on the commission an agreement can be reached about the refund amount

  • No full refunds are offered

  • The artist usually has a process of 2 to 3 weeks to complete any commission with no color, if a commission has color it might take 1 to 2 weeks longer (3 to 4 weeks)

  • In the case of delays the client will be informed but no refunds or partial refunds will be offered

  • Once a commission is delivered to a client it should not be edited or altered in any way without the artists consent

  • The artist holds the rights to use any commission to promote their art and services unless specified otherwise by the client, this includes using the finished commissions on the artists portfolio

  • Clients should provide full references for every commission

  • This artist takes on 1 commission at a time therefore the time to get a commission completed might differ depending on how long the wait-list is, clients can ask the artist more information about this

Process

  • Before the artist starts a commission the client shall provide any and all references as well as specific descriptions/requests about their commission

  • A single document that has all references in it is preferred

  • Edits during the sketch phase are free of charge, any edit after this phase will have an additional fee of $5

  • Commissions will be delivered via email or the platform in which the commission has been requested on

  • If a client fails to respond during any phase of the process within 5 days of the artist contacting them, the process will be carried out with any previously provided information about the commission

Commission Request and Payment Method

  • It's preferred that commissions are requested via VGen

  • If payment is delayed or failed the commission will be on hold until the artist receives it fully

  • If payment is not received within 5 days of requesting a commission the client will be moved to the wait-list again
